If you are having a problem logging onto Blackboard, entering a classroom, viewing a recording, or loading all of the registration page, please try the following things.

Try accessing the information/ site on another computer. If you can, you know the issue is with the computer.

Try accessing the site in another browser (Firefox, Safari, MS Edge). If you can, you know the issue is with your browser.

Reset your modem or router. Turn it off for 30 seconds and restart.

Check the security settings on your computer, browser and/or modem. Newer products have higher preset security settings. Example: In Safari uncheck the prevent cross-site tracking box under privacy settings.

Check the filters on your computer. Some internet filters (NetNanny, Norton, etc.) block websites. If so, add https://us.bbcollab.com and/or https://wtma.geniussis.com/publicstudentcourseregistration.aspx to the computer or browser's allowed sites list.
