To see if a WTMA’s invoice has been paid, log into your WTMA Parent Dashboard (go to wtmacademy.com, enter your log in ID and password)
- Select the correct student name from the top tabs
- Select "Charter School Ledger" from the menu on the left side of the screen
- Click on the "+" sign next to the term(s) to be reviewed
- Look under the "Invoice Status" column. If the status shows "Paid" then payment has been received
- If paying by semester, this usually takes 40 - 50 days after the close of the semester to appear.
- If paying by the year, this usually takes 40 - 50 days after the close of the academic year to appear.
