Guardians of students in need of accommodations are encouraged to contact their student's instructors in the first week of class so appropriate arrangements can be made. These accommodations may range in scope but will not alter the content of the class. The goal of accommodation is that a student with learning differences is able to show what they know without being impeded by their difference. Examples of possible accommodations include untimed tests, extra time for major projects, use of a calculator or other assistive technology, etc.
