If you are having a problem with in Blackboard; the issue could be microphones, uploading documents, or discussion boards, begin by emailing your instructor and letting them know.
After you have sent the email, here is a list of things to try to resolve the issue.
1. Check for outages on Blackboard's site: https://status.blackboard.com/.
2. Turn your computer off and on
3. Turn off any security software installed on your computer or internet access
4. Check your security settings Example: In Safari uncheck the prevent cross-site tracking box under privacy settings
5. Dump your cache and/or browsing history
6. Reset your modem
7. Try Googling the problem. Example: "Blackboard Microphone problem."
